Reload Fantasy Sports

Official Rules

Everything you need to know before joining Reload Fantasy Sports. Reload combines fantasy football with long-term player scarcity strategy.

New to Fantasy Football?

Reload is easy to learn:

  • Build a lineup each week using real NFL players
  • Your players score points based on their real NFL game performances
  • Compete against the entire league standings every week
  • Manage your roster carefully because every player can only be used once all season long

The key to Reload is player scarcity strategy: use stars early for fast points or save them for critical late-season weeks.

1. Create or Join a League

Reload supports multiple contest formats:

  • Head-to-Head(2 teams)
  • Private Leagues(6–20 teams)
  • Founders Leagues(100 teams)
  • Mega Leagues(Hundreds or thousands of managers)

Create a private league with friends or compete against massive public fields for season-long supremacy.

2. Roster Setup

Weekly lineup:

  • 1 QB
  • 2 RB
  • 3 WR
  • 1 TE
  • 1 FLEX
  • 1 DEF
  • QB
  • RB
  • RB
  • WR
  • WR
  • WR
  • TE
  • FLEX
  • DEF

FLEX = RB, WR, or TE

Each week, managers build a brand-new lineup using the available player pool.

3. Lineup Locks

You can preset your lineup at any time before games begin.

Each roster spot locks when that player's game kicks off.

Make sure your lineup is completely filled before kickoff. Any empty roster spot after lock will score 0 points for that week.

4. PLAYER SCARCITY STRATEGY

Reload's core twist is player scarcity strategy: you can use any player you want, but once that player is in your lineup, they are locked and cannot be used again for the rest of the season.

No repeats. No second chances. Every pick matters.

5. Weekly Reload

Every week, managers reload with a completely new roster from their remaining player pool. You must balance short-term scoring with long-term player scarcity strategy.

7. Compete Weekly

Each week, your score is compared against every other manager in the league. Weekly rankings show who had the best lineup that week.

8. Compete Season Long

Your weekly scores add together throughout the season. The manager with the highest total score at the end of the season wins.

10. Hard rule

Once used. Gone forever.

Player scarcity strategy is absolute: once a player is used, they are removed from your available pool for the rest of the season.
